At ExtenderHub, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Email us at returns@extenderhub.store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid USPS return shipping label (for defective or misrepresented items). For non-defective returns, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 2–3 business days after receipt), your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
If you receive a defective unit or the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@extenderhub.store. We will ship a replacement at no additional cost within 2 business days or issue a full refund including original shipping charges.

ExtenderHub currently ships to all 50 U.S. states and Washington D.C. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@extenderhub.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ExtenderHub is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error, contact us immediately at support@extenderhub.store — we can correct addresses on orders that have not yet shipped.

ExtenderHub provides a 90-day limited warranty on all products sold through our website. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the proper functioning of the device, including:
To make a warranty claim, email warranty@extenderhub.store with (1) your order number, (2) a description of the issue, and (3) a short video or photos demonstrating the defect. Our team will review and respond within 1 business day.
At our sole discretion, we will either: (a) ship a replacement unit of equal or greater value at no cost to you, or (b) issue a full refund to your original payment method. We cover return shipping costs for all valid warranty claims.
THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH IN THIS POLICY ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
